This combined earphone, microphone, and plate assembly allows communications to be added to the Aga/Interspiro Divator II mask by removing the front cover plate using two screws. The earphone is exposed to the surrounding water environment and is therefore designed as a sealed, solid, moulded unit to ensure durability and reliability.

The assembly incorporates a sensitive bone-conductor earphone that delivers clear audio communications to the diver. The microphone is a high-performance, splash-proof unit that operates within the gaseous environment inside the mask, ensuring consistent and reliable voice transmission.
