- These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, supplies of goods and services provided by Melnic Marine (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order with us, the customer (“Customer”, “you”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Quotations
All quotations:
Are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Are non-binding until confirmed by written order acceptance.
May be withdrawn or revised prior to acceptance.

Exclude VAT, import duties, shipping, insurance and taxes unless stated.
International customers are responsible for local import duties, taxes and customs charges.
Payment terms are pro forma or 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts.
Payments must be made via bank transfer or secure card payment through Stripe where applicable.
Suspension of further deliveries

Prices may change due to supplier cost changes, currency fluctuation or shipping cost adjustments.
