The THALASSA-C2 is a video and light control system powered by NOVASUB’s proprietary DVR3 software. Housed in a rugged case with high-grade connectors, it supports up to two channels and works with both SD and HD analogue cameras.
Each channel supports SD, TVI, and AHD cameras and can be switched independently, with matching BNC video outputs. The system records HD video at 1080p (25 fps) and features a 15.6” daylight-readable touchscreen for simple control.
Designed as a central hub for surface-supplied diving systems, it accepts inputs for video, lighting, communications, and depth data from a dive panel.
THALLASA-C2 is configured with :
NOVASUB HD: An innovative hardware solution for transmitting Full HD video with 4x more pixels via existing cables and umbilical, using analog signals from AHD and TVI cameras, supporting cable lengths up to 300m for quality twisted pairs and 250m for coax cables.
NOVASUB DVR3: The 3rd generation video recording software developed by Seascape Subsea. The software is completely redesigned from the ground up to accommodate better ease of use, new features and a better image quality.
THALLASA-C2 comes standard with a wireless keyboard.
