C-NITROX 400 LOW PRESSURE MEMBRANE COMPRESSOR
The C-NITROX 400 is a robust industrial-grade Nitrox generation system designed to produce oxygen-enriched breathing gas for diving applications. Utilizing a heavy-duty screw compressor, the unit supplies air at 10 bar to the OXYSEP 7-15-40 membrane system, where oxygen and nitrogen are separated to create Nitrox mixtures containing up to 40% oxygen.
The enriched air can be supplied to a compatible high-pressure compressor for final compression up to 232 bar, providing a practical solution for filling Nitrox cylinders. Oxygen concentration can be easily adjusted via the control valve located on the top of the unit, allowing operators to select the required oxygen percentage up to the system's maximum output.
An integrated oxygen analyser enables continuous verification of the gas mixture, ensuring the desired oxygen content is achieved and maintained throughout operation.
