Hyperfilter Replacement Cartridge

Replacement cartridge designed for use with the Hyperfilter air purification system.

Important: The Hyperfilter system operates using two filter cartridges. To achieve breathable air quality, the first stage must always contain a Molecular Sieve cartridge, while the second stage should be selected according to the application requirements, using either a Molecular Sieve & Activated Carbon cartridge or a Molecular Sieve, Activated Carbon & CO-Catalyst cartridge.

Available Cartridge Configurations

Molecular Sieve & Activated Carbon

Ideal for producing clean, breathable air. The molecular sieve effectively removes moisture from the compressed air stream, while the activated carbon helps eliminate odours and traces of oil contamination.

Molecular Sieve, Activated Carbon & CO-Catalyst

Recommended for environments where carbon monoxide may be present. In addition to moisture removal and odour reduction, the integrated CO-catalyst provides protection against harmful carbon monoxide contamination. This option is particularly suited to locations where combustion engines are operating or where elevated CO levels are a potential concern.

Molecular Sieve

Designed specifically for moisture removal. The molecular sieve contains highly porous granules that efficiently absorb water vapour from the air stream, helping to protect downstream filtration media and equipment.

Activated Carbon

Used to remove odours, vapours and residual oil contamination from compressed air. As activated carbon performs best in dry conditions, it should always be used in conjunction with a molecular sieve cartridge to ensure effective moisture removal and optimum filtration performance.
