The BandMask® 18 and BandMask® 28 share many of the same components and performance features, including the 455 Balanced Regulator, Tri-Valve® Exhaust System, and communications options. The primary difference is the frame material.

The BandMask® 18 features a hand-laid fibreglass frame, offering exceptional strength and durability. In comparison, the BandMask® 28 uses an injection-moulded plastic frame, providing a more cost-effective alternative with faster production times. The BandMask® 28 also incorporates a slightly different exhaust body design and face port configuration.
