The Kirby Morgan® M-48 MOD-1 is the next evolution of the popular M-48 full face mask, combining the proven features of the original with enhanced durability, comfort, and functionality. The mask retains its distinctive dual-cavity design, allowing the lower pod to be removed while on the surface to conserve breathing gas and enabling clear, natural speech without removing the mask. Underwater, the removable lower pod provides additional flexibility by allowing divers to perform gas switches or share an alternate air supply during emergency situations without removing the full face mask. This unique modular design enhances both safety and operational versatility.
