ColTrimix – Smart Low‑Pressure Gas Blending for Dive Centres

ColTrimix is a next‑generation system designed to simplify the production of Nitrox and Trimix. Instead of relying on traditional partial‑pressure blending—which demands oxygen‑clean cylinders, careful topping procedures, and multiple pure‑gas tanks—ColTrimix blends gases before compressor intake using high‑efficiency static mixers.

This approach delivers precise, homogeneous mixtures with minimal waste and far greater ease of use.

How It Works

ColTrimix uses a series of static mixing elements that divide and redirect gas flow, ensuring complete homogenization before the compressor draws in the mixture. This low‑pressure method provides consistent results without the complexity of partial‑pressure blending.
